Day 8: Choose and complete a second exercise in Week 2
Day 15: Choose and complete a third exercise in Week 3
Day 22: Choose and complete a fourth exercise in Week 4
Days 29-30: Reflect on the Exercises. What are the themes, surprises, and lessons you take away?
Try completing: “I’m the kind of person who [core value/action], so that [desired impact/outcome].”
Repeat 3–5 times to uncover patterns.
This one helps you zoom out and recognize what really matters long-term.
Ask yourself:
What will I care about in 10 days?
What about in 10 months?
And in 10 years?
Make three columns:
• YES = things you’re committed to
• NO = what no longer serves you
• MAYBE = what needs re-evaluation
• Brings clarity to your time and energy focus.
This one helps you reflect on where and how you spend your energy.
Create two lists:
What gives you energy?
What drains your energy?
Circle the items in each that show up weekly.
Ask: What can I do more of? What can I reduce?
Draw a line representing your life.
Mark 3–5 peak experiences—moments when you felt alive, on purpose, proud, or deeply connected. If possible, think of moments where you were contributing to making something better for others.
Reflect: What themes or values show up across these moments?
This one helps you reflect on your core underlying value(s). This can get you to the root of your motivation or belief system.
Start with something you care about. Ask yourself “Why?” five times in a row.
Repeat this for two more things you care about.
Example: “I care about voter access.” → Why? → “Because I believe in fairness.” → Why?…
This one is great for aligning short-term action with long-term identity.
Imagine it’s 5 years from now.
Write a letter to yourself today. What do you thank yourself for doing or deciding now? What have you learned or let go of?
